Life as an In-house entrepreneur at Antarprerana

As an organization supporting Entrepreneurship in Nepal, Antarprerana also has an In-house entrepreneur who is experimenting with her amazing dishes here at Antarprerana. 
Ms. Sachita Bhattrai has been a part of Antarprerana since December 2018, when she came to know about In-house entrepreneurship at Antarprerana from her friend. Ms. Sachita runs her kitchen in a partnership deal with her MBA mate at Antarprerana. She runs the kitchen with the support of Anjit Bhai. Sachita says that cooking was ingrained in her since her childhood as she grew older she would call her friends over and cook for them. She has not only mastered cooking Nepali dishes, but she has also tried cooking Continental and Italian dishes.
Cooking is her passion. Now she is pursuing her significant passion at Antarprerana. Cooking for her is a stress reliever, her past time, and everything she does simply revolves cooking. She feels that Antarprerana has been a wonderful platform for her where she has not only been able to cook and serve snacks, lunch, and drinks to team members & guests; she has also been receiving feedback for her work. She has been prototyping her service in a real-time environment. Here she finds people with different tastes and different eating lifestyles. She has thus been coping with diverse tastebuds with her cooking.  She along with her representative have tried, failed, and yet tried to learn new dishes and be able to please diverse tastebuds. She has also been grabbing other opportunities needed for entrepreneurs like networking, leadership development, strategic development, etc. To her, joining Antarprerana as an in-house entrepreneur has been a wonderful opportunity as she has been able to grab other opportunities needed for entrepreneurs like networking, leadership development, strategic development, etc
While staying at Antarprerana, she has decided to find her signature dish, find investors, and get herself ready enter real marketplace with a BOOM.
