Susham Rajbhandari has more than 6 years of experience working in the field of finance and investment. His prime areas of work include investment management, business valuation, investment readiness, business projections, due diligence, and financial analysis. While working for the investment readiness of business he also performs the financial health check-up of different companies. Susham has completed his ACCA and M.A. Sociology. He has built his expertise in business development, budgeting, and strategic management. As the business development officer, Susham has been running the business incubation activities in different colleges. He has the experience of working with 38 MSMEs under the ‘Unnati’ project of UNCDF. He also has the experience of mentorship of different growth stage startups, early stage startups, and aspiring entrepreneurs on business development and company finance. He has been engaged in several research initiatives. Being the co-founder and head of finance of ‘Tekka organization’ he also has the experience of overall operations, administrative and financial management. He had facilitate the enhancement of value chain of entrepreneurs based in a rural setting by providing working space to reduce their cost, supporting them in marketing and selling and providing them fair trade benefits by removing the middlemen from the process. He had organized the three days business plan development workshop to over 30 entrepreneurs and SMEs from various sectors. He had also worked as the fellow in teach for Nepal for 2 years, where he taught around 200 underprivileged children in a public school in a rural community. He also has the experience of working as a finance officer and volunteering the program.
